ABSTRACT
Objectives:
The study find rupture-risk which related to ICAs(intracranial Cerebral Aneurysm).
Methods:
Three hundred ninety three patients who underwent 3-dimensional angiography with multiple cerebral aneurysm wassubjected without demographic overlap and missing value. Patients with non-ruptured cerebral aneurysm were 193, and patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm were 200. Factors that related to the causes of rupture of aneurism were found, tendency of the causes were analyzed and classified, and final meaningful factors were distinguished. The medical factors were classified into physiologic causes and morphologic causes.
Results:
Demographic causes of ruptured cerebral aneurysm are consist of age, residence, weigth(kg). Physiologic causes of ruptured cerebral aneurysm in medical factors are hypertension, CVA, and body temperature. Morphologic causes of Ruptured cerebral aneurism in medical factors are VNR, HWR, hospitalization path and history of parent. Environmental causes were daily wind range(m/s) on period of one day. The final structure which has all three factors includes medical factors.
Conclusions:
Medical factors revealed as a significant causes of ruptured cerebral aneurism in this study. However, medical factors need cost for medical examinations and invasive, so that it is hard to put these factors to all patients. Therefore, it is needed to find the predictive causes of cerebral aneurism rupture through the continuous research with demographic factors and environmental factors. Consequently, prevention education should be come out.Besides, severe disorder should be reduced through general health check-up or immediate management when unknown onset of symptom such as headache comes in.
