 한국어판 병원 입원서비스에 대한 환자만족도 평가도구 (H-CAHPS(R))의 신뢰도와 타당도 평가 강민아 , 우경숙 , 오제열 , 신영전 Validation of the Korean Version of the Hospital-Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider and System(H-CAHPS(R)) Min An Kang , Kyung Sook Woo , Je Yol Oh , Young Jeon Shin ABSTRACT Objectives: To develop a Korean version of H-CAHPS(R) for measuring the multi-dimensional experiences of inpatient services and to assess the reliability and validity of a translated version of the H-CAHPS(R) instrument. Methods: After the H-CAHPS(R) English version was translated and back-translated, the survey instrument was confirmed with a series of processes including cognitive interviews and pilot testing. The main survey was conducted 606 patients who were discharged from two city hospitals in Korea from June 2006 to October 2006. Results: The results of the item-level and scale-level analyses were all acceptable. Scale-level analysis supported the reliability and validity of following 6 factors. The Cronbachs alpha coefficients ranged from 0.75 to 0.88. The result of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the dimensional structure model was well fitted. Correlation coefficients between dimensions were significant and the C.R(critical ratio) of all dimensions were all highly significant. Overall, discriminant validity and convergent validity was proven to be acceptable. Conclusions: The H-CAHPS(R) Korean version is a reliable and valid instrument to evaluate patients experiences of inpatient services in Korea.
